A favorite at Cannes Film Festival 2011, where star Jean Dujardin won the award for Best Actor for his role in the film, this story of THE ARTIST takes us back to Hollywood , set in the late 1920’s, at the end of the silent film era, where a young actress’ career takes off in talking pictures, just as that of a veteran male star declines.
